Phone support consists of our technician, with many years of experience, trying to help you solve the issue with your satellite system over the phone. The success or failure is determined by many factors but we will do our best to solve your problem or at least get you pointed in the right direction. We do not guarantee we can solve your problem over the phone. —— 1) The single payment is for some help you received with your system (one call). —— 2) The single incident is limited to 30 minutes total time but can be over one or more phone calls. —— 3) The Individual Semi-annual subscription is for 6 months and is limited to a maximum of 90 minutes phone support. —— 4) The Individual annual subscription is for one year and is limited to a maximum of three hours phone support for that year. —— 5) The Business Class Tech Support has up to 10 hours phone time over the one year contract and is best for companies with multiple satellite units. Call and request phone support and then leave your phone number, the best time to call you back and a brief description of the problem. |
